Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item(s) purchased minus the initial cost of shipping.  If the reason for returning is due to sizing, we cannot offer exchanges due to having varying availability of each item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it (a resalable condition). ​We suggest carefully trying items, just in case you need to return them. 

Please note that we cannot refund initial postage fees, and you will only receive the refund of the item(s) returned.

Returns Costs

As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage like many larger online retailers.

Please arrange your own shipping. You are welcome to use any carrier however we do recommend using a tracked service as we are not liable for any lost parcels. 

How to Return

Please contact us via social media or email. Let us know your order number, what items you would like to return and the reason for return. We will let you know the return address.

PAck up your items safely and send with a carrier of your choice.

Once we receive your items, we will check them and aim to issue a fefund within 3 working days.

Damaged/faulty items

Once you receive your items, please check them over and contact us asap if any of your items are faulty, damaged or we have sent the wrong item. We will then deal with the problem accordingly.
